What is Ole Lockers?
Ole Lockers is the first smart shop exclusively dedicated to luggage lockers in Seville. It is open every day from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. allowing you to drop off your luggage in a safe place, with no worries. Each locker also has a power socket and USB cable for charging electronic devices. One-off payment with card or Paypal means your booking will be safe; the advance reservation also ensures that a locker will be available when you arrive. Use your time to visit the city without having to carry your luggage around. Just drop it off at our storage space. You will receive a free Seville map to help plan your visit, so you don’t miss unique places and unforgettable experiences. What type of lockers does Ole Lockers offer?
We have up to 4 different types of lockers, classified as Large, Medium and Small to optimize the price (from €4,90 to €7,90 per day) and space of your locker. If your reserved locker is too small for your luggage, you have the option of unlocking a larger one with more space, without having to cancel your reservation. Each locker has a power socket and USB charger you can use without any extra cost.
Should I book in advance?
You must book in advance to be sure you don’t lose your space. Payment is via card or Paypal. For security reasons, all our users must be registered; it only takes a minute.
What can I store in my locker?
You can leave as much luggage as fits in the locker you booked, except for forbidden items. At Ole Lockers you pay for the locker you have rented, not per piece of luggage.
What can't I store in my locker?
Any object for which possession or trafficking is illegal (such as stolen objects, drugs, pornographic material, etc). Objects that require a licence or authorization for
possession, without such licence or authorization (such as guns and ammunition). Any type of material that is polluting or hazardous (such
as inflammable items or harmful substances). Any kind of animal or
other living being. You cannot store food in the lockers.
It is easy and convenient, but is it safe?
Ole Lockers is protected by a security company. Each establishment has surveillance cameras and alarm systems connected to a central office in contact with the police 24 hours a day. Lockers are connected to advanced alarm systems, so they can detect when a locker is being broken into or opened inappropriately.
Is my luggage insured?
Ole Lockers is covered by an insurance policy for users of our company’s services. In the event of an incident in the establishment, that policy will cover losses from damage or robbery up to a maximum of €500 per locker (a complaint must be made to the police). We recommend that you not store items with a higher value. The insurance does not cover losses such as cash, jewels, precious gems and metals, watches, etc. Keep in mind your travel documents and personal documentation (passport, driver licence, etc); their storage is at your own risk and responsibility.
Can I open and close my locker as many times as necessary? Can I leave my luggage an extra day?
Yes. With your pass code you can open and close your locker as many times as necessary. Do not forget that your reservation for a day will end at closing time. If you would like to leave your luggage an extra day, you would need to book again for the next day or have made a booking for several days
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking for free up to its start.
How do I know if there are lockers available?
You can check our website (www.olelockers-amordedios.com) to see if lockers are available.
How long can I book a locker for?
You can book your locker for as long as you like. The program counts your booked days from the time you leave your luggage until closing time (10 p.m.).
What are the prices for each locker per day?
The locker price will be the one shown on our website on the day of the booking. The prices shown on our website include VAT and refer only to the price per day for one locker (depending on size).
What happens if I can't leave all my luggage when I arrive?
Don't worry. The program will ask you if the locker is the right size or if you need a larger one.
How long can I remain in the establishment?
You can access the establishment only to use the locker you have booked and only to store your luggage. You are not permitted to stay any longer than the time needed to do this, or to use the establishment for purposes such as resting, sleeping, talking on your mobile phone or web surfing.
What can I do in the event of an incident involving the locker?
